From a one off prototype to 50,000 we can manufacture intricate turned and milled
parts from a diameter of 0.5mm up to 20mm on our Star SR20J sliding head lathe

Sliding head lathes are very good at holding tight tolerances over large batches and giving
a high quality finish. Although more suited to high batch volumes due to long setting times
and short run times we do offer a low batch run service.

We currently offer short turnaround times for our small turn/mill parts service in metals or plastics.
